Welcome to My Kitchen!

I have been cooking for a long time, but that doesn't mean that you need a lot of cooking experience to follow my recipes. I try to make recipes interesting for seasoned cooks and beginners. ABOUT THE BOOK

  • You don't have to be a prolific gardener, with an abundance of zucchini to enjoy this book. One or two zucchini purchased from the store or farmer's market is a sufficient amount for many recipes. And for the gardeners who did plant one too many zucchini plants (as I did), there are recipes that use a large volume of zucchini too.
  • The book is divided into nine chapters by courses that include breakfast, appetizers and snacks, soups, salads, main dishes, side dishes, breads, desserts, and condiments. These recipes turn zucchini into magically delightful home cooked dishes. 
  • Overall, this is an impressive culmination of zucchini recipes that is an excellent everyday source for easily achievable wonderfully flavorful recipes you might not expect to see in a zucchini cookbook.
